Golf Room HQ is an online retailer specializing in indoor golf equipment, including golf simulators, launch monitors, simulator enclosures, impact screens, putting solutions, hitting mats, projectors, software, accessories, and related products.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected and before fulfillment, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

7. Custom, Made-to-Order, and Special-Order Products

Certain products sold by Golf Room HQ may be custom-made, made to order, specially configured, custom-sized, or ordered specifically for the customer.

These may include certain simulator enclosures, impact screens, putting surfaces, turf products, and other configured equipment.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing measurements, specifications, configurations, and selections before submitting an order.

Custom, made-to-order, or special-order products may become non-cancelable or non-returnable once production or processing begins.

Applicable restrictions will be governed by our Refund & Return Policy and any product-specific terms disclosed before purchase.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Some Golf Room HQ products may ship directly from a manufacturer or distributor and may arrive separately from other products in the same order.

Large golf simulator packages, enclosures, screens, putting systems, and other oversized products may require freight delivery or special handling.

Estimated shipping and delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and for complying with any carrier requirements associated with delivery.

9. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged products, non-returnable products, restocking fees, return shipping, and order cancellations are governed by our Refund & Return Policy:

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 days of delivery subject to the conditions of that policy.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products should be reported to Golf Room HQ within 48 hours of delivery.

Certain custom, made-to-order, special-order, activated digital, installed, used, or otherwise designated products may not qualify for standard returns.

10. Shipping Damage and Freight Deliveries

Many products sold by Golf Room HQ are large, valuable, or shipped by freight.

Customers should inspect shipments promptly upon delivery.

When reasonably possible, freight shipments should be inspected before the delivery receipt is signed. Visible damage should be documented on the carrier's delivery receipt.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should preserve the product and its original packaging and contact Golf Room HQ within the timeframe established in our Refund & Return Policy.

Additional photographs or documentation may be required to process a carrier, supplier, or manufacturer claim.

11. Installation and Customer Responsibility

Unless specifically stated otherwise, the purchase of a product from Golf Room HQ does not include professional installation.

Some products may require assembly, structural mounting, electrical work, calibration, software configuration, or professional installation.

Customers are responsible for determining whether their location and intended installation are suitable for the purchased equipment.

Where professional installation is recommended or required, customers should use appropriately qualified professionals.

Golf Room HQ is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, failure to follow manufacturer instructions, or installation in an unsuitable location, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

12. Golf Simulator Safety

Golf simulator equipment should be installed and used in accordance with manufacturer instructions and appropriate safety practices.

Before using golf equipment indoors, users should ensure adequate clearance for the golfer, club, ball flight, enclosure, ceiling, walls, equipment, and surrounding persons or property.

Golf balls, golf clubs, and simulator equipment can cause injury or property damage if used improperly.

Customers and users are responsible for maintaining a reasonably safe hitting environment and following applicable manufacturer safety and installation instructions.

13. Manufacturer Warranties

Products sold through Golf Room HQ may include warranties provided by their respective manufacturers.

Warranty terms, coverage periods, exclusions, procedures, and remedies vary by manufacturer and product.

A manufacturer's warranty is separate from Golf Room HQ's Refund & Return Policy.

Golf Room HQ will make reasonable efforts to help customers identify appropriate manufacturer support resources when warranty assistance is required, but manufacturer warranty decisions and remedies may ultimately be determined by the manufacturer.

14. Software, Subscriptions, and Third-Party Services

Certain launch monitors, golf simulators, and related products may require or include third-party software, applications, subscriptions, licenses, online accounts, or other services.

Those products or services may be subject to separate terms, privacy policies, license agreements, subscription fees, hardware requirements, internet requirements, and renewal terms established by the applicable third-party provider.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Golf Room HQ does not control those third-party services or their future availability, pricing, functionality, or compatibility.

Customers should review applicable third-party requirements before activating or purchasing software-dependent products.

15. Intellectual Property

The Golf Room HQ website and its original content, branding, graphics, layout, written materials, logos, and other materials owned by Golf Room HQ are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
